MRP profile can include settings :- Understanding Process-:
-1)Planning Type:-Whether the material is planned automatically, manually, or not planned at all.
-2)Reorder Level:- At what stock level the system should trigger procurement or production.
-3)Lot Size: How much quantity to procure or produce at a time.
-4)Shedule Margin Key: Time buffers for various stages of material planning and procurement..
-CREATE MATERIAL MASTER MM01-SELECT MRP PROFILES-
MRP Parameters-MM01
-1)MRP Type (MRP1 View):-Determines the type of planning (e.g., MRP, reorder point planning, manual reorder).
-2)MRP Type (MRP2 View):-Specifies how procurement quantities are determined (e.g., lot-for-lot, fixed lot size).
