FOLLOW STEPS-
Check Material Master Settings:
1)Go to the transaction Material MM02 (Change Material).
Enter the material number 400080 and Click Enter.
Go to the Sales: General/Plant and Warehouse Management views.
In the Sales: General/Plant view, ensure that the Batch Management field is unchecked.
Change Material Type or Use a Different Material-
2)Deactivate Batch Management at Plant Level:
If batch management is active at the plant level, go to the MM02 transaction again.
Choose the Plant Data/Storage 1 view and ensure that the Batch Management indicator is not active for the specific plant where the material is being stored.

Change Material Type or Use a Different Material-
change Material Type: If batch management is required, and you are currently using a value-only material, you may need to switch the material to a standard material type (e.g.,LROH for raw materials, FERT for finished products) that allows batch management.This will enable quantity and batch tracking.
